Sanctification
Holiness
The state of being unreservedly devoted (or “wholly” committed) to God and His ways. Holiness is not legalism nor does it mean that we are totally sinless or morally perfect (only God possesses this attribute). Rather it is the state where the believer is conditioned by the Holy Spirit to live in a way that is pleasing to God. As believers have been set apart for God, they wholeheartedly live for Him and no longer for themselves.
