Baptism of the Holy Spirit, is an experience the believer receives when they have totally submitted themselves to the work of the Holy Spirit in their lives. This experience is manifested by the speaking of another language that is totally foreign to the believer and one that will be used as the believer’s prayer language. Every believer has the Holy Spirit in them the moment they come to Christ in faith, but the infilling ushers believers into a new dimension of prayer, spiritual awareness and obedience in Christ. This post-conversion experience is available to every believer and greatly enhances their effectiveness as witnesses of Christ.
